Our newest addition is made with soft fruits and lots of rum, were you expecting anything less? Because its gets better! We also soak it in cherry and apricot brandy, a delicious combination. This rich cake goes well with a cup of tea, or coffee, any time of the day but we think it’s best enjoyed nestled into a sofa with a friend.
