Loquat Gold

Description

Our Loquat cake comes into season during February to April, as does the fruit which flavours and gives its namesake. Loquats, a member of the plum family, grow wild all over our little island and when gathered they are made into a golden fruit preserve. We bake our classic rum cake with this special confiture and finish it with a gold liquor made in Bermuda.
