Coffee Rum Cake

Description

Coffee flavours and oatmeal are percolated together in this delicious re-imagined rum cake. Earthly, rich grounds are complimented with a good ol’ glug of black rum; but we didn’t stop there because we added a little Kahlua as well for a real caffeinated kick.
